The 50th Anniversary of Resurrection Lutheran Church was celebrated on Sunday, April 27, 2008. A banquet was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Klockner Road. The theme was the past, present, and future. The master of Ceremonies was the Resurrection lay leader Chuck Baum. The celebration honored previous pastors, charter members, and presented the theme. The reunion choir from the past and present united their voices in praise to our lord.

A highlight of the event was a presentation by the Sunday School children with shoe boxes on their feet instead of shoes. They stressed the gain in square feet we anticipate with our building expansion program.

The building expansion program was reviewed as we look forward to the next 50 years.
