Message From Our Pastor
We are disciples of Jesus Christ and believe in the transforming power of his resurrection.
We are a diverse group of disciples young and old, male and female, married and single, from every race, language, and culture. We believe that every individual has something to offer, and everyone is invited to contribute their God given talents in an effort to live out our mission statement; “To reach out and serve so that all may come to know the love of God and the forgiveness of Jesus Christ.” When Jesus began to gather his disciples, the Gospel of John tells us that he used a very simple phrase to invite them into his ministry. He said, “Come and See.” It was Jesus’ way of inviting people of all walks of life into discipleship. Before long disciples were inviting others to follow Jesus with those exact words, “Come and See.”
If you are new to our area, don’t have a church home or are interested in learning more about our congregation the people of Resurrection Lutheran Church invite you to “Come and See” and to experience the Risen Lord with us.
